The home has a private well and septic system. A little care goes a long way.
What Not to Flush
- —Wipes — even "flushable" ones
- —Paper towels
- —Feminine hygiene products
- —Cotton balls or swabs
- —Anything other than toilet paper and waste
The home uses a septic system. Flushing the wrong items can cause serious backup. Please dispose of everything else in the trash.
Hot Water
Hot water is available throughout the home. Allow a moment for it to reach temperature, especially in the morning.
Smart Toilet
The primary bathroom features a smart toilet that operates via a remote control. It's a bit of a learning curve at first — consult the quick-guide card in the bathroom or reach out if you need help.
